PARIS (France) – As part of its Strategic 2016-2018 Plan, Viadeo launched ViaLab, its start-up incubator created in partnership with the Lab RH. After the arrival of Coxibiz, Viadeo is now home to two new start-ups in its Via.Lab incubator: Pitch My Job and Brain Cities.

Pitch My Job: make a video to express your motivation!

Co-founded by three graduates, Martial Dahan, Antoine Boudic and Yannis Tannier, Pitch My Job is the first job search website to propose to allow its candidates to make a pre-interview video by responding to specific questions prepared by the recruiter.

Gone is the classic cover letter, making way for pre-interviews videos! This innovative and simple jobs service allows candidates to go beyond the simple resume, stand out and highlight their personality. The video is the best way to express their skills beyond the expertise and especially to stand out from other competitors. This innovation also allows recruiters to gain maximum time in the recruitment process and only receive targeted applications.

Pitch My Job is intended primarily for students and young graduates looking for their first job in the areas of innovation, management, communication and marketing.

How does it work?

Candidates apply to job offers by answering predetermined questions from a recruiter in a video interview. The candidate has 1 ½ minute maximum to answer each question. The recruiter then receives the CV + / video (s) of the applicants and continues their recruitment process.

Viadeo and Pitch My Job share the same vision and want to put the candidate at the heart of the recruitment process, focusing on a more attractive approach going beyond a simple CV. “To join Viadeo incubator is the best news that ever happened to us since the inception of the company. We are a small team in a young company, we intend to build on the expertise, and the know-how of the Viadeo teams in order to grow “explain the three co-founders of the start-up launched in April 2016.
